Do you cater for food allergies/intolerances?
We offer gluten free meals, but we are unable to cater towards other allergies unless it is in a group order.
What about vegetarians and vegans?
We offer vegetarian meals everyday. Vegan meals are only available in group orders most days. However, we do a Vegan menu the last Thursday and Friday of every month.
How do I know what I'm ordering?
We change our menu twice a week. Menus for the following week are posted on our Facebook every Monday morning, alongside here on our own web page.
When do I need to order by?
Cutoff time for orders is 5pm the Friday before you wish to receive it. Orders placed after the cut off time will be fulfilled the following week.
What days do you deliver?
Consumer lunches are delivered every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Lunches will be delivered between 8 and 12:30. Please ensure that there is a safe place for us to leave your lunch if no one will be there when we deliver.
My order arrived at 9am last time but it is now 11 and it isn't here?
Please sit tight, our delivery runs change every day dependant on how many orders we receive and their placement around the city. It will never typically arrive at the same time each day.
Can I have my lunch delivered by a specific time?
Our runs are put through an application that helps ensure we can deliver all our lunches efficiently, therefore we can not guarantee that any one lunch can be delivered by or at a specific time.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to anywhere in Christchurch, from Ferrymead to Hornby to New Brighton. However we DO NOT deliver to the following areas; Pegasus, Woodend, Oxford, Rolleston, Templeton, Darfield, Akaroa, Tai Tapu etc.
Can I place a recurring order?
We are working on this option and hope to have it available in the near future. In the meantime if you wish to buy lunches weeks in advance please send us a message on Facebook and we will help you out.
Can I place a bulk order for my workplace?
Absolutely, we love these!
What schools do you give lunches too?
Currently we partner with 10 schools in Christchurch. These are Haeata Community Campus, Linwood Avenue School, Bamford Primary, Opawa School, Aranui Kidsfirst, Rowley Ave School, Sockburn Primary, Wharenui Primary, Riccarton Primary and Te Waka Unua. We plan to extend this list very soon, watch this space!
What do the children eat?
We like to change up the children's menu each day. They will typically receive a meat, aioli and salad sandwich with some dairy, crackers and a treat. We bolster those schools who already receive fruit from other organisations.
